Harsetti is easily the most meta defining unit in the whole game. She ignores every character's SPD stat to go first in battle, and completely randomizes the turn order. She is incredible into cleave, and a staple in the current "Tank Down" meta. (P.S. I have personal vendetta against Harsetti since she is the definition of "unfun". The GIF is how i feel while playing against her, not her actual art, simply because she doesn't deserve to be shown after what she's done. She will be shown in other pages, but not here :D)
